My all time favorite Romney gaffe is, “Voters wouldn’t elect me if they knew my plan.” This truth gaffe should be listed above all other gaffes in Romney’s long gaffe list because it defies voters to vote against his truth. Romney lived and died by this ‘plan’ statement – he said it early in the campaign in a flustered moment and shame on those voters that clamped their hands over their ears and sang “Lalalalalalalala, I can’t hear you!” and voted for him because he ‘looked’ like a great Republican President. Y’all got tooled!
