Separation of What & Who?

Christine O’Donnell Questions Separation Of Church & State

AP/Huffington Post Ben Evans 10/19/2010

During [a debate before an audience of legal scholars and law students at Widener University Law School, as O’Donnell criticized Democratic nominee Chris Coons’ position that teaching creationism in public school would violate the First Amendment by promoting religious doctrine.

“Where in the Constitution is the separation of church and state?” O’Donnell asked him.

When Coons responded that the First Amendment bars Congress from making laws respecting the establishment of religion, O’Donnell asked: “You’re telling me that’s in the First Amendment?”]

My question:  Christine O’Donnell lied on her ‘resume’ by saying that she had graduated from several prestigious colleges, including Oxford, when she had merely taken a workshop there (does that mean padding your resume is now okay???), and she is still given creditability and allowed to debate serious contenders – on air? And no one objects to this debacle? And this just blows my mind – people are considering sending her to Washington as their representative, is this for real? It feels like a SNL skit.
